Dr Marshall Godsall MBBS FACRRM has been a general practitioner in the country for many years before relocating to the Sunshine Coast. His special interests include mental health such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorders, together with chronic disease management including diabetes, asthma, COPD, rhinitis of all sorts, otitis media and external CAD and contributing conditions.

Laura Hartley is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with a passion for supporting clients to achieve sustainable health outcomes. Originally from New Zealand, Laura moved to Australia in 2018, where she completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Griffith University. Laura takes a client-centred approach, working collaboratively to understand each person’s unique needs and goals. She has experience supporting clients at all life stages with a variety of health concerns, including general healthy eating, weight management, diabetes, heart health, gut health, mental health, chronic kidney disease, Parkinson’s disease, aged care, and paediatric nutrition. She also brings valuable insight from her background in disability support work and her earlier studies in physical education, helping clients navigate unique challenges and feel supported in achieving their goals. Laura is passionate about building strong, trusting relationships and tailoring practical, evidence-based advice to fit each client’s lifestyle, preferences, and health needs.
