Coronavirus (COVID-19) Patient Alert
As part of our work to support our patients and communities, you can book a TeleHealth consultation with our doctors if you meet one of the following criteria:
- Has attended an in-person consult at our clinic within the last 12 months
- Are living within an area currently under Stage 3 restrictions
- Are less than 12 months old
- Are experiencing homelessness
Book TeleHealth online, or when you call the practice.
If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath
OR
Had contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having Coronavirus
OR
Have travelled internationally or domestically in the last 14 Days;
Please phone ahead and advise our reception staff before attending our clinic.
